The 2012 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 13th, 2012, 9:30 - 11:00 am at the Prairie Hotel, Bald Hill Conference Room, 700 Prairie Park Lane, Yelm, WA 98597.
Your attendance, either in person or by proxy, is important. We'll vote to elect a new HOA Board of Directors, discuss issues that affect the neighborhood including the HOA dues increase, the 2013 budget, and allow for a question and answer period. The HOA Board will be prepared to answer questions regarding the status of our HOA.
Relevant documents can be found on this website under the "Meeting Schedule" tab. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider filling out a ballot and/or proxy so that your vote will count. You can complete the ballot and/or fill out the proxy form with the name of another lot owner who will attend the meeting and have them bring the ballot form and/or proxy to the meeting. You may also check the box that allows the Nisqually Estates Board of Directors to vote on your behalf and return your ballot and/or proxy form to a Board member prior to the meeting.
There will be a question and answer period at the meeting. In order to ensure that your questions are addressed at the annual meeting, please mail them to us or submit them to a Board member. In order for questions to be adequately researched and answered at the Annual Meeting, the questions must be received no later than October 1st. Please mark your calendar and plan on attending.
