Painting Homes and Other Exterior Changes

As the weather improves, it's not unexpected that homeowners may want to paint their homes or make other changes to the exterior of their property.  The HOA Board and Architectural Control Committee (ACC) fully support homeowners wanting to improve their lots but please remember that an ACC design review request must be submitted.  The process is rather easy with a fast turn-around time and we do not charge a fee like other associations.  The form to submit an ACC request can be found on the website under the "Helpful Links" section.  Homeowners that make changes to the exterior of their homes without ACC approval may face fines, liens or other legal action.
