The HOA Board decided to remove the playground equipment in the common area park because it was presenting a hazard to children and it was a nuisance to the adjacent homeowners. Unfortunately, the equipment was cheaply constructed and rapidly degraded. It quickly became unstable and many teenagers were abusing it. After several attempts to repair and/or sell the equipment, the Board determined that it was more economical to the HOA to remove it. If there are any ideas about what to replace it with, please send an email to the Board.
