Just a couple of reminders. First, the 2012 annual assessment of $145.25 is due no later than January 15th, 2012. This year, one polite reminder will go out to those who have not paid and then a lien will be promptly placed on properties that remain past due after 30 days. Thank you to those who have already paid.
Second, the proposed ACC guidelines have been posted on the website since November 24th, 2011. There are just two weeks lefts to provide your comments as the Board will adopt new ACC guidelines next month. Thank you to those who have already provided their input. We have incorporated many of your ideas and comments. If you have not already provided your comments, please do so by January 24th, 2012. We will accept comments by email, via the website or by regular mail. This is your opportunity to have your voice heard.
