With 5-8" of predicted snowfall tonight, many residents are willing to pay your teenagers to shovel their driveways! Here's an opportunity for your children to make some money...some of our residents have contacted us asking for recommendations. Please be safe if you're out there doing it yourself. Here is the link to the National Safety Council Guidelines for snow shoveling: http://www.nsc.org/news_resources/Resources/Documents/Snow_Shoveling.pdf

homeowners should be reminded that kids should not play in the retention ponds....does not help with erosion which eventually come out of our pockets....we already have one that has needed repair for quite a long time, but then again how many people really check out the website?

Actually a lot of people (35-40 per day on average) are checking out the website, apparently yourself included since you made a comment. Anyway, this blog post was about helping our local kids out by giving them an opportunity to make money shoveling driveways. It was not about retention ponds but thanks for your concern.
