ACC Guidelines, Rules and Regulations
In accordance with the CC&Rs, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has adopted guidelines. The HOA Board approved the new guidelines, rules and regulations after an extensive review process. We posted proposed guidelines for 60 days from January 25th, 2016 and asked homeowners to provide comments no later than March 27th, 2016. The Board voted to approve the guidelines at the March 28th, 2016 HOA Board meeting after careful consideration of homeowner comments and ideas for additions, deletions, corrections or modifications that were made during the comment period.
