2023 Annual Dues are $198.45
Annual dues for 2023 are $198.45 and will be considered late if not paid in full by January 1st, 2023. Interest accrues from January 15th, 2023 at the rate of 12% per annum in accordance with CC&R Article X Section 7 and 8. If a lien is filed for non-payment of dues or fines, the homeowner is responsible for the unpaid dues amount, plus interest, plus the cost of filing ($75) & removing ($75) the lien, plus related HOA attorney fees. Liens can be filed 30 days after the past due date.
2023 Budget
The HOA Board approved the 2023 budget at the Board meeting held in August, 2023. Our budget is based on the expense history for 2022 and previous years. The approved 2023 budget was presented and discussed at the Annual Membership Meeting in October, 2022. Funds not spent at the end of any calendar year are transferred to the reserve fund (savings account) and held for contingency or capital improvement.
