Christmas lights should have been removed from your home within 30 days after Christmas according to the CC&Rs. At least seven homes have been noted with Christmas lights still up. If you or your renters still have them displayed, please take them down. Please consider this as a "courtesy" notice and spare your fellow homeowners the time and expense of having the HOA Board sending out formal violation notices.

Our drainage fields were not designed for recreation or animal play. When people play in them, allow their dogs to play in them, or let their children ride bikes in them, it contributes to erosion. Not to mention, it is unsafe to both the people that do those things and their pets. It also costs the all of the homeowners in damage repair. Please consider this as notice to cease and desist if you or your children do this or allow this to happen. The HOA will not be responsible for your injuries. If you cause damage to the drainage fields or to someone else in the process, you will solely be responsible. Please also do not dump storm debris in drainage fields. There are many other easy and free ways to dispose of the debris.
So far only 93 out of 120 homeowners have paid their annual assessment of $145.25 that was due over 3 weeks ago. A formal second billing with interest will be sent out soon. If you have not paid your annual dues, please contact the Board and send it immediately. For those who have not paid, please be forewarned that this year the Board will pursue a lien and possibly other court action in a timely manner. For those who have paid their dues...thank you!
The HOA Board is seeking community yard sale committee members. We want this year to be the BIGGEST and BEST ever and are willing to put some money and time behind the effort. All you have to do is volunteer to be on the committee and help organize and schedule the times. Please contact members of the Board if you are interested. We are looking at paying all the permit and advertising fees to have at least two Yard Sale events in the neighborhood. We are looking at late Spring and mid-Summer as suggested dates but are open to suggestions.
