We had an excellent Annual Meeting this past weekend! Thank you to all the homeowners who attended or sent in a proxy. Although we fell just short of a quorum, we still covered the full agenda minus the part where any membership vote was required. We also gave away some great door prizes that were donated by local businesses: a Yelm Food Co-op Thanksgiving dinner (value $140), a JZ Roze gift basket (value $230), an Anytime Fitness one month full access membership with T-shirt and lanyard (value $85), a Yelm Boot Camp one month membership (value $80), and a Backtrack GPS (value $70) just to name a few. The Board held a brief Board meeting after the Annual Meeting to fill a Board vacancy with an interested homeowner. Minutes will be posted on the website once they are reviewed, edited and approved by the Board, probably sometime in early November.
