The HOA Board and ACC is please to announce a call to action for all homeowners as we proclaim 2015 as The Year of the Fence! We have negotiated significant discounts with local contractors (see attached flyer) to help make the Year of the Fence as effortless and inexpensive as possible.
As an added incentive, the HOA Board will hold a contest lottery at the next Annual Meeting in October 2015 to award a $50 gift card to one household that has participated in The Year of the Fence!
To be eligible, you must have filed a fence-related ACC Design Review Request with the HOA in the last two years and completed the repairs or improvements to your fence line no later than October 1st, 2015. All households (except Board members and ACC members) that file a request and complete repairs will be entered into the contest. The winner will be notified via email by the HOA Board if not present at the Annual Meeting.
Participating in this incentive program can help us all improve our already great neighborhood. We sincerely hope that you will be able to take advantage of the discounted contractors that have been established for you. The HOA Board stands ready to help you in any other way that we can.
