This year's Community Yard Sale is scheduled for June 2 - 4, 2017 (Fri to Sun). The HOA will help advertise and promote this event. Residents that participate are required to obtain their permits from the City of Yelm. Permits are free and may be obtained simply by filling out a form at the City Administration building on 206 McKenzie St SE. Last year's Yard Sale was a big success with over 25 homes participating. This year we are looking for greater attendance and we're having even more interest. Why not do a spring cleaning and make some money at the same time?
